Martin was waiting for us at Johannesburg and we were looked after brilliantly by both him and Natalie. Natalie took us to our connecting flight to Richards Bay and saw us through the whole procedure of checking in. Martin was also waiting for us at Johannesburg on our way home and saw us through the checking in process there.
We were met at Richards Bay by Tony, our cab driver, who was chatty, informative and helpful and, also, was our driver back at the end of our trip.
Axel and Craig, the rangers at Phinda, were amazing, taking great care of us.
I can not praise the whole experience highly enough and would love to post a glowing review online, so if you have a preferred site to put a review on, please could you let me know.
Thank you for everything that you and ACE have done for me and Catherine. This trip was a welcome relief from everything that has gone on in the last 18 months.
We hope to revisit Phinda in the not-too-distant future.
Catherine and I had the most fantastic trip to Phinda. The whole experience was more than we could ever have imagined.
